Terms of engagement

These terms apply to use of analytics-api.digital and to professional audit engagements with Analytics Api, operating from Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong.

Website use

Content on this site is informational. Indicative fees and durations are estimates, not binding offers. Formal work begins only after a signed engagement letter or statement of work.

Services

We provide cloud compliance audit services for fintech infrastructure, including control mapping, configuration review, pre-examination readiness, and continuous control sampling. We do not process payments or complete checkout on this website.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access as agreed, and authority for systems in scope. Delays in access may extend timelines and fees as set out in the engagement letter.

Confidentiality and independence

We treat client materials as confidential and disclose conflicts we identify during intake. Audit opinions and findings are limited to the agreed scope and period.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, liability under an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
